I am a forensic naturopath/herbalist and cancer support specialist. I carefully and methodically sift through your health history to get an overall picture of who you are, why you have your health issues and what might be able to be done to assist you on your healing journey. My approach is more than holistic and includes mainstream medicine.
I am not an alternative practitioner although this has been my main field of study and qualifications. It is important to emphasise this because many clients come to me after trying natural approaches to their cancer. Cancer is a specialised field of knowledge in both mainstream medicine and naturopathy-you need practitioners with skill and experience. My patients have often tried many self-help 'cures' or have consulted naturopaths...sometimes they have self prescribed from the health food store or from the myriad of cancer cure books available on the internet.
There is so much confusion about cancer treatments and cures and much of what is published is misleading. A high percentage of misreporting occurs and the internet adds to information overload. This makes it even more difficult to naviagate the cancer maze alone - Remember you are on the most important journey of your life - you need a guide and coach to help you find your way!

Grace Gawler's work with cancer patients is legendary. Her greatest asset is an uncanny ability to deliver help, support guidance and top quality care across many healing modalities - true holistic medicine. This enables her to assist clients in designing plans which draw on the best the world has to offer in the fields of complementary and conventional medicine.
Another vital service Grace provides is to be a patient advocate who can dialogue with doctors, oncologists and other specialists, co-coordinating diagnostics, testing and treatment. In some cases, when required, Grace will attend appointments with the patients and partners who do not know what questions to ask of their oncologist. Sometimes they are too traumatised to absorb information.
As a trained natural therapist and herbal medicine specialist, Grace also offers the best of nutritional and herbal medicine support but her work goes much further. The jewel in the crown for treating the ‘whole’ person and not just the disease, is her skill in body-psychotherapy, which has culminated in a discipline of healing she teaches to professionals in the healing industry. This method of body psychotherapy enables her to deliver support across the mind/body, emotional-psychological, spiritual and energetic healing levels.
Because of her reputation for ‘getting the worst cases through,’ Grace attracts a lot of ‘end stage’ cancer patients who have trialled all manner of ‘nature cure’ regimes, including extreme diets. Many of these arrive emaciated and with compromised immune systems, while riddled with fast spreading tumour loads. Ironically, she is then cast in the role of designing a treatment plan that utilizes mainstream medicine while retaining proven elements of complementary medicine.
