NB: One-day G.E.M workshops focus on teaching non-intentional touch - a unique signature of Grace Energy Method. This method is gentle , non confrontational and imbibes safety, providing the client with a profound opportunity to effortlessly let go of physical resistance. The 'touch' allows integration and reorganisation which is experienced by the client as relief. They feel more grounded and empowered and notably, habitual 'holding patterns' melt into a new and comfortable postures. The effects of the method sustain, assisting clients to develop greater levels of awareness. Most noticable is a reduction in responses to stress and stressors. One day courses in GEM are a prerequisite to attending any furture two-day Training Intensives.(See Below). You can attend a single one day workshop and learn the basics without obligation to attend further trainings – however, most practitioners prefer continuing education, taking GEM to high competency levels with ongoing mentoring. Two day workshops develop the GEM concept. Numbers are limited to assure personal tuition. Participants will extend their learning taking GEM touch to the massage table.
Two day intensive course content:

1. How to take GEM touch to the massage table - teaching your hands to 'listen'.
2. Use of therapeutic language & working with metaphors
3. How to help clients gain awareness & connection with self
4. Psychoneuroimmunology - explorations of why safe, non intentional touch is so effective
5. Changing the habitual - emotional anatomy
6. How to help clients with imagery, symbols, and noticing of subtle but significant energy shifts
7. Integrating GEM - Grounding, mindfulness, awareness
All the above - while staying out of the way of the client's process while they client self-adjust.
Key to GEM is an attitude of 'not wanting to fix ' trusting that the client innately knows/remembers
whatthey need to do to self-adjust. Each client's body contains a 'story' - we respect that 'story'
working with it without trying to change or heal. The client remains fully clothed. GEM reflects the
adage that less is more!

Grace Energy Method MASTERCLASS will be held from time to time for those who want to receive ongoing training: In order to qualify for MASTERCLASS - you must have completed both a one day training and a two day intensive training.
The content will be delivered in 5x3 day residential weekends, leaving intervals of at least 2 months for practitioner integration & therapeutic apllication. The course includes a 3 day training in Ericksonian hypnotherapy. The next Masterclass will commence October
